John C. Uyamadu is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney for his expertise at civil litigation. John is the youngest of six siblings. Prior to law school, John earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a graduate degree in clinical psychology.
Following graduation from law school, John completed a one year trial level Judicial Clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County, working for Honorable Stephen H. Womack, J.S.C. (deceased). Following Judicial Clerkship, John worked for a major insurance company as a trial lawyer for approximately 10 years.
During John’s employment with a major insurance company, he handled various types of civil cases, tried various civil cases to verdict, handled cases in the Superior Court of New Jersey at Trial Level and Appellate level and participated in numerous Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) with the goal of resolving complex matters out of court. John is a trained Mediator in New Jersey and performs pro bono Mediation of Special Civil cases in Superior Court, Passaic County, since 2004.
John has vast experience in handling civil cases and has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. John has his own law practice now with major focus on civil litigation, immigration and traffic offences. John is married to a beautiful lady, and they have two children. John is well traveled and an avid sports fan, he played soccer in his younger age.
